The State Election Board received a 26 OK Stat § 5-118 petition document (see attachment) from me in person at Oklahoma State Capitol G28 yesterday regarding the candidacy of Gentner Drummond. After seeing my identification card and receiving the petition document in hand with a $250 check drafted by Tinker Federal Credit Union for fulfillment of 26 OK Stat § 5-121, a woman there (not the receptionist) started reading the first page, looked at other pages therein, repeatedly referred to Attorney General Drummond by office, and said something about asking a fourth person for permission to make the filing. I had waited for this woman to appear after presenting the document to a receptionist at the same filing window minutes prior. Paul Ziriax and Gentner Drummond have worked together. This woman talked about Attorney General Drummond like she had to get specific permission to file against his candidacy, but that is unlawful under 26 OK Stat § 5-118 and I had already been given a document showing time and date of hearing by the receptionist who preceded her. I said to this woman that the petition document was already filed, and that if I were to walk out of there, it would still be filed; despite having already taken it in hand after having already seen my Passport Card, this woman then tried to refuse the filing, set the filed document between us on the counter of the filing window, and ran away out of view. I filled out a form that this woman had given to me, and I left it on the counter beside the petition document before leaving the building with a Trooper who held a door open for me. I had already been given a document with time and date of hearing by the receptionist who first attended me at the State Election Board filing window. No other candidate was there to file, and there were printed signs about filings of contest of candidacy being accepted up to 5pm. Oklahoma broke the law.
I said that I wanted a receipt for my filing, but the only document that was provided for me to take was a pre-stapled packet showing time and date of hearing. After close of business on the subsequent day, I checked their list of 26 OK Stat § 5-118 petitions. They have not accepted my 26 OK Stat § 5-118 petition as statute requires. The webpage was updated today, but it does not show my contest. That is election corruption, state crime, and preferential protection of the candidacy of Gentner Drummond for Governor. He is not the Republican Party nominee, and Paul Ziriax has protected him. Before I approached the State Election Board to contest the candidacy of Gentner Drummond for Governor, Paul Ziriax and Gentner Drummond had already entered into an illegal settlement together, and that settlement is published on a website of the Office of the Attorney General of the State of Oklahoma. Paul Ziriax is a criminal and his State Election Board shirked its duty to accept my candidate filing. I delivered a candidate filing fee of $2000 on 03 April 2026 with a check dated on the same day. Paul Ziriax engages in fraud on behalf of Oklahoma. I delivered a petitioner filing fee of $250 on 07 April 2026.

The State Election Board of Oklahoma broke state law and treated my statutory filing right as discretionary at filing time, but state statute clearly permits me to file a written petition contesting the candidacy of Gentner Drummond without their discretion. I have a 26 OK Stat § 5-118 civil and contractual right and I paid a $2000 fee to acquire that electoral right prior to presenting the $250 filing fee. The government of the State of Oklahoma breaks its own laws knowingly, willfully, and under color of law, yea even to the face of a formally declared gubernatorial candidate. “Okla” means “food” in Hebrew. “Homa” means “reddened” or “red” in Choctaw. Allen Wright was a religious figure. The Book of Genesis stories that Esau gave away his inheritance for a single dish of red food. A firstborn son contracted with Jacob who had coveted. Check ingredient lists; Ragú sauce flavored with meat constitutes a superior sauce to that of Prego. Israel was nice to his brother after receiving a most Israeli name. Oklahoma culture gives women freedom to misbehave. The law of this five-wise-uncivilized state does not permit women to commit election crime just because they like the cut of their business attire. Who is this that cometh from Edom with dyed garments from the sheepfold? I wore Mickey Mouse to make my filing and the document was taken in hand by an official before the State Election Board refused it illegally. Oklahoma deserves the nothing that it receives after having given itself away to coastal politicos of Virginia CPAC and New York Trump. Oklahoma is hurt economically, and I should not be expected to engage 4-Lo and pull it from its redness. By the thousand, coastal financiers trade barrels of petroleum light and sweet without ever setting foot in Cushing for delivery. I visited Disney World in Florida.
I was illegally coerced to sign an illegal agreement by the CIA in Virginia. I was illegally coerced to sign an illegal agreement by the Department of State in Massachusetts. They did it differently from each other; the CIA used isolation and the threat of violence, but the Department of State used isolation and the threat of prosecution. Contract law applies to those signatures, and that is how I signed them without agreeing. The CIA lacked consideration. I paid $2000 to the State of Oklahoma for a contractual right to contest the candidacy of Gentner Drummond after he ignored me when I complained that an entire city was using its police force illegally. I am more serious than a heart attack. Norman Public Schools uses police illegally under color of law. Trooper Brake went to heaven with those two people, one a child and all children. This is a legal complaint to OSBI; see the message metadata. The State of Oklahoma does not take law seriously in Oklahoma.
Esau gave his birthright. Jesus said to give to him who asks of you. Esau swore away his birthright. Jesus said to swear no oath. He gave right but swore right also, and Isaac kept his word for him. Jesus is not Esau, and Esau is not Jesus. I felicitate Cade, but I do not make him happy. I recognize Jesus in Oklahoma, but his kingdom is not of this world.

Here is text from the cover page of the petition that I filed with the State Election Board:
The State Election Board of Oklahoma is petitioned to decide that the Contestee, Attorney General Gentner Drummond, is not a qualified elector because he is a mala fide resident and not a bona fide resident. He previously ran for a state Attorney General position despite his law school having been outside of the fifty states, then neglected to perform basic functions of the role as established in Oklahoma common law. This petition is directed to the State Election Board and the Attorney General for redress of grievances using 26 OK Stat § 5-118 and using the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. Decades-codified 26 OK Stat § 5-125 establishes the State Election Board as the Contestee's constructive service agent, and 26 OK Stat § 5-118 protects my legal right to make contest solely and purely by written petition. I formally complained to the Office of the Attorney General about statutory criminal misdemeanor, according to Oklahoma Open Meeting Act § 314, by Norman Public Schools and City of Norman police. I received no response. Weeks later, the same police department arrested me. I was illegally detained in a mental hospital without being taken before a judge or charged with crime. I was held against a wall and injected, then held against a bed and injected, then held against a different wall and injected. At one point subsequent to regaining consciousness after having been incapacitated by injection, my face moved with difficulty that inhibited speech, and I was given a crayon. No legal paperwork was given to me corresponding to the detention, and no medical paperwork was given to me corresponding to the injections. The Contestee is a mala fide resident who contravenes the purpose of his elected Office of Trust.
